What I did, trying to reproduce this:
  • Start Hybrid.
  • load a source file
  • set "Base->Processing->Video" to "x265"
  • enabled "x265->Signaling->Video Usabitlity Information->Transfer"
  • disabled "x265->Signaling->Video Usabitlity Information->Transfer->to input"
