I am eager to learn why this clip is not soft telecined, when:
a. deinterlacing it shows typical repeated frames like when deinterlacing a 3:2 pulldown (= telecined) clip. (you can see that in your own clip)
b. Analysing the clip with DGIndex shows just progressive files with frame structure. Using 'ForceFilm'/soft-telecine properly handles the clip.
c. MediaInfo reports it as:
