Correction:
C:/Program Files/Hybrid/64bit/Vapoursynth/vapoursynth64/coreplugins/RemoveGrainVS.dll
->deinstall Hybrid completely and reinstall it.

That folder should only contain 'AvsCompat.dll' nothing else.
The installer only puts 'AvsCompat.dll' there.
