Regarding 1: The resolution +Bitrate + Framerate you selected is not allowed with the Profile Level combination you selected. Hybrid therefore informs you of this. This is not a bug.

Regarding 2: You set ColorMatrix to convert to 709 and the output is 709,... Still don't see the problem. What do you think is wrong?
