Habs mir mal durchgelesen, da wird zu cbr mit x265 leider nichts gesagt und bei x264 wird "--nal-hrd cbr" verwendet, was Hybrid auch tut wenn curve compression auf 0 steht,...
-> Die Seite hat leider nicht weiter geholfen oder irgendwelchen neuen Informationen enthalten.
