I added the option "MoreVivid" to VideoTune.
There is no urgency to release a new version, I added this option mainly to keep the symmetry in the range of options.
Meanwhile I discovered that in the NTIRE 2023 Video Colorization Challenge the benchmark to beat was DeOldify.
The winner of the challenge has not released any code yet, but in the case it will be made available, I could try to create a new Vapoursynth filter for it.
