Since the used source filter used in Vapoursynth isn't available for Avisynth, your only bet is to try the other filters available, like
a. lwlibavvideosource
b. FFMS2000
b. FRIM
c. DGDecNV (<- requires a license which isn't free and an NVIDIA card)
