[BUG] Unsaved settings

I'm not aware that I changed anything there for years.
Trying to reproduce this, I:

• started Hybrid.
  
• enabled "Base->Image sequence".
  
• set "Base->Processing->Video" to "PNG".
  
• set "Base->Default container" to "raw".
  
• triggered "Defaults->Save All".
  
• closed Hybrid.
  
• opened Hybrid.
  

Settings still showed the mentioned options.
=> can't reproduce.
