Don't really see any gain in adding them, if you can make a valid case (and provide details about them in ffmpeg) I might be willing to look into it.
DXT1 is for texture compression, don't see its value in Hybrid.
DXV: I have no experience how to encode, decode it and whether it's supported by any Vapoursynth source filter. What containers support it etc. => would need details before thinking about it
LCEVC: basically the same as DXV
LC3/LC3plus: are audio formats for wireless communication
D3D12VA: what for?
