[BUG] VSGAN models produce green frames, and more

I get using VSGAN on my system. Hybrid is setting the color range to RGBH. When I add the VSGAN filter myself using the Custom tab, and set the color range to RGBS, it totally works - no green frames. I reckon I could've seen that a long time ago. ; )

Ah,... there's a bug. Hybrid should use RGBS when 32bit is enabled. (works for Other->VSGAN, fails with Resizer->VSGAN )
