No you haven't missed anything, Hybrid atm. does not support RGB for FFV1 atm..
Looking at the possible options:
I probably cloud add 16Bit RGB (rgb48le) support, but atm..
HuffYUVs 16bit RGB output works fine with Avisynth and Vapoursynth here.
