Unable to Load MKVcutter

I still get the same error message: "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
The new file seems to still be missing this dll. It has the core and security dlls, but not hte crt runtime one. |
