Is there any benefit to encoding at 720x480 with BasicVSR enabled (get a decent speed boost compared to 1080 upscale encode) and then re-encoding the 480p to 1080p with filters off?

And is the rest of your site down? Was looking for the downloads page but keep getting a "Not Found" error.
