MediaInfo reports:
Hybrid detects it as progressive with 23.976fps.
x264 reports "encoded 58648 frames, 151.71 fps, 5062.75 kb/s" which is about a third of what MediaInfo reported (156142).
Do I assume correctly, that the Vapoursynth preview also only shows 58648 frames?
Does changing, the decoder change this? (maybe there is something in the file that causes problems for the hardware decoder)
