Hybrid VSviewer crash on windows 10 PC

ah ha.
I wonder why I have 32-bit version.
So I need to find 64-bit version....hmmmm

Both 64-bit and 32-bit availble here:

I installed the 64-bit version.
Made no difference. VSviewer still crashes the same way.
