Well I have lost even more hair now after two days 
I reinstalled Win 10, Kept files & App => No joy. VSViewer still crashes.
I reinstalled Win 10, Kept files only => No joy. VSViewer still crashes.
I reinstalled Win 10, formatted SSD => No joy. VSViewer still crashes.
I installed Windows 11, clean formatted SSD => No joy. VSViewer still crashes.
It manages to export a file....but just can't see any previews....arrrgh
Only the older versions of Hybrid works.
This is crazy !
Something has changed since 2025.07 that stops it working on my system.
