Hybrid only encoding partial videos

Did a quick try here, simply loading and encoding,.. checking the Vapoursynth preview I see 135422 frames and encoding it, 135422 frames get encoded.
Will look at it more later, but my guess is that it might be a problem with the used source filter,..
=> try another source filter, check the Vapoursynth Preview,...
