Okay, I took a quick look at it and I should probably rewrite tons of the VCEEncC support code.
For the time being, I will just add basic encoding support for AV1 and not add any additional features.

Dev versions are in the 'experimental'-folder of my GoogleDrive, which is linked on the download page.
