Quote: --max-qp Maximum (highest) quantizer, only applicable for VBR and CBR, default is 63 [1-63]so that is fine, but min-qp should be 1. (also this was added 2 times to the command :/)
--min-qp Minimum (lowest) quantizer, only applicable for VBR and CBR, default is 1 [1-63]
