Think, I managed to reproduce the problem.
Here, it only happens if one 'forces' FFVideoSource as source filter' and and 'Prefer FFmpegSource' is enabled.
When the default 'LibavVideoSource instead of FFmpegSource' is enabled, it does not happen.
Can you confirm this?
