Problem is those blends are already inside the separated fields (an they are not restricted to one YUV channel).
Instead of TIVTC you can use QTGMC + sRestore(23.976) (or DeBlendS6), which help a bit the chroma blends.
But the only 'solution' would be to either manually fix those frames or replace them with adjacent frames.
