Try to run the following command

F:\AI_Works\DiTServerRPC>.\.venv\Scripts\activate
(.venv) F:\AI_Works\DiTServerRPC>.\.venv\Lib\site-packages\vapoursynth\vspipe.exe -v

and let me know your output.
