Das merkwürdige ist vor allem, dass deri ComboBox, enabled starten sollte und ich keinen Codepfad finde, der sie deaktivieren sollte. 
Ist das bei Dir schon so, wenn Du mit resetteten Defaults startest? Falls nicht, was machst du Schritt für Schritt?
