Using one of the field matchers under "Filtering->Vapoursynth->Frame->Misc" TFM/VFM/ITM should work fine.
The field matcher, will make sure the content is progressive, so no deinterlacing will take place afterwards.
If there is still some combing, add "Filtering->Vapoursynth->Denoiser->QTGMC" (try different input types) or ."Filtering->Vapoursynth->Frame->Misc->Vinverse/Vinverse2" or "Filtering->Vapoursynth->Line->Santiag".

I have never done this before
I will look into it.
I've never even seen the option below
Misc->Vinverse/Vinverse2" or "Filtering->Vapoursynth->Line->Santiag".
I'm importing the clip from moviestudio to hybrid,
I always try different options upper field in movie studio, lower field in moviestudio, progressive in moviestudio.
I already denoise with neat video should I do it in hybrid again?
What number should I keep the denoise option?
I've seen the denoise tab in hybrid has quite a few denoise filters, which one is the best to use?
My computer is new and has more threads but with the denoise option ticked the encoding use to take a very long time last year on my old PC.
