This probably happens if you somehow fixed different Vapoursynth versions.
VapoursynthR73 vs VapoursynthR77 <- tons of stuff was changed between those.
=> Deinstall Hybrid (no need to delete setting, but profiles&co will have to be loaded and resaved if you want to keep them).
Then Install dev and add-ons.
