neo_flash3kdb: https://github.com/HomeOfAviSynthPlusEvo.../neo_f3kdb is API3 and not available via pip.
vszip.Deband: https://github.com/dnjulek/vapoursynth-zip/wiki/Deband is a faster version of neo_f3kdb with float support.
I switched to it a few weeks ago, but forgot to adjust the scaling.

Ps.: got it fixed locally, but will first look at "Line/Darken (GLSL-A4K) = defective" before packaging a new dev.
