Autodetection of Interlaced, field order and Telecine Removed

I downloaded a dev version this morning and tested with the same file.  

The old version 2026.03.21.1 ran and created a filter setting for QTGMC of "Neo"  as seen in the attached screenshot.

The new dev version, 2026.10.11.1 ran.  There is not an equivalent setting of "Neo" on the filtering page.  Not seeing anything caused me to assume that the autodetect and setting of the filtering did not happen.  

I tried to attached the video file but it is too large for an attachment to this email.

Can you please explain the change?
