Von der Fehlermeldung her würde ich sagen, dass es Probleme beim Decodieren des Quellmaterials gibt.
Da Du nichts zu Deinen genauen Einstellungen mitteilst und auch keinen Debug Output gepostet hast:
Keine Ahnung was da passiert.
Hybrid sollte sich eigentlich nicht komplett schließen,..
