New Hybrid can not start because of the False error message about Admin rights

misc.ini content should be:

[General] runAsAdmin=true

works fine here.

Problem with the admin rights is that if anything goes wrong I spend days mailing&co with users to trace the problem. Since this kept happening more and more I simply lack the time tomorrow deal with it and since folks started to complain that Hybrid should warn the best solution seems to be the current one.
