Indexer didnt create + index crashed

I am using the newest version of hybrid on windows 10

All I did to cause the problem was simply inputting an mp4 file, changing the bitrate to 55000, changing the avc level to 5.0, and raising the fps of the video from 25 to 60 via interframe, and setting the tuning and override algorithm to smooth. After I did that, I selected the name for the mp4 file and put it to downloads, then I started the queue, however, it won't start because of this message.
