Normally that link is right, but since the latest commit the x86_64 AppImage doesn't build, and it seems they haven't fixed it yet.
I've compiled it from source: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1IQJUxL9...sp=sharing
Put it into the same directory as the build script and it should work.

The link to linuxdeploy-plugin-qt-x86_64.AppImage on Github is back online.
