According to the debug output:
1. "Crop/Resize->Misc->On Source Change->Auto crop" wasn't enabled (which is why Hybrid doesn't try to auto crop when analyzing the source.)
2. "Crop/Resize->Base->Picture Crop->Auto crop" wasn't pressed.

From the looks of it at the end of the DebugOutput Vapoursynth CropView is called, but after the indexing vsViewer isn't called since Hybrid seems to think that there is already an open Vapoursynth Preview Window.

-> I'll look into it and report back.

Here is a log where I open a bluray then hit autocrop. I changed the temp path to avoid cache issues.
