[HELP] Convert 25i to 50fps?

Does the Vapoursynth Preview work or does is throw an error?
Also make sure to update to the latest version.

I downloaded the latest build of Hybrid before doing this. 

This is the error I get when I go to the Vapoursynth Preview:
