I already mentioned, that I'm using NVEnc, but no 'Only use encoder' under Filtering tab isn't ticked.

Then QTGMC should be available in the deinterlacer dropdown unless Fitlering->Support is set to 'NoSnyth'.

I'll post the debug level 9 a bit later.

The debug output you posted does contain the analysis of the source, but not the job creation.
