[HELP] a mkv file can't encode properly, how to solve?

 the file is 6.21GB, makemkv convert from DVD, about 2 hours and 20 minutes long, and when encode to 1920×1080, do interlace etc, can't encode properly, i tried twice, both hybrid displayed job finished, but the file size is only 1.4GB, the correct file size after encoded should be about 9GB,  the 1.4GB encoded file only first 14 minutes are right, after 14 minutes content can't display, only audio sound is good, the pictures are still.

only this file has this problem, other DVD are OK, and encoded done, how to solve? thanks
