According to your scripts, QTGMC is fed with YUV420P8 content, which should be fine.
The line:

# with preset 'Very Slow' and 'Placebo' QTGMC is limited to 8bit YUV/GRAY only due to FF3dFilter

is a notice of Hybrid not an error message,...
