ffmbc should be 64bit, might be some missing dependency.
As a workaround you can try disabling "Config->Output->Container Settings->FFmbc for .mov muxing" before creating the job.
Avisynth+ for Linux and Mac is just starting and most of the filters are not available atm. which is why I haven't really looked into it.
Also most of the newer Avisynthfilters are nowadays also available through Vapoursynth which usually scales better with multithreading, so I'm not sure that even when it's possible I'll add native Avisynth to Hybrid on Mac and Linux.
(+ most of the reported bugs nowdays are somehow related to Avisynth)
