NVenc has no x265 option anymore?

Greetings.

I've just downloaded the 2020.07.17 version and when selecting NVenc as your video processing option, there's no codec to select anymore. Before you could select x265 and now it default sadly to x264.

Is this change intended, I haven't seen it in the changelogs?
