Also it seems this is somehow related to interconnection with other filters that use tonal adjustment settings.
For Example:
TimeCubes + Tweak Saturation adjust = works well
TimeCubes + Tweak Brightness adjust = no any changes in image
Tweak Brightness adjust = works well
