Convert Audio from STEREO to MONO (left channel only) on Multiple Files

Is it possible to save this automation on the config tab or do I need to set one by one?

Sure. Where I the problem?
Basic idea would be:
1. configure video encoding and filtering
2. configure audio encoding and filtering (DownMix->Custom should be set to "1")
3. set audio handling to "auto add (all)"
save config.
If you already have all the files you could also load all of them at once.
