Tons of compression artifacts (marcroblocks), lots of ghosting, etc.
Looks like someone did some bad blend deinterlacing, then filtered the output badly and used a crappy encoder and/or a too low bitrate.
Personally I wouldn't use such a source,....

yes, but it's been the best version of this movie already, i can't find a better one ,so i want to fix as possible as i can.
