[HELP] perf. RTX 3060 ti slower than GTX 1070 - NVEnc

I just tested in multi GPU, the GTX 1070 is the GPU0 and RTX 3060ti is GPU1.

when I run the encoding, it runs on GPU 1 with the same performance as a single GPU (with RTX of course)
