1. After I press button "Add to queue" get an error

Regarding 1.: You misconfigured Hybrid and instead of creating broken (non-compliant) content it aborts. Nothing wrong with that.
Regarding 2: Don't see the problem,... seems to be all right.

Does this disconfiguration affect only this single file?
After resetting same defect is present

Regarding 1: The resolution +Bitrate + Framerate you selected is not allowed with the Profile Level combination you selected. Hybrid therefore informs you of this. This is not a bug.
Regarding 2: You set ColorMatrix to convert to 709 and the output is 709,... Still don't see the problem. What do you think is wrong?

The tutorial doesn't cover the x264 settings in length since the settings there are mainly user choices and depend on the resolution and bitrate.
Simply set:
a. x264->Base->Restriction Settings->AVC Profile/Level from the default 4.1 to a higher value until the message disappears. (5.1 should probably be enough.)
b. Either use x264->Base->General Settings->Encoding mode->constant rate factor (1-pass) or a higher bitrate.
