[HELP] "1920x1080" resolution video crashed

Why did you embed the images instead of attaching them. (no clue what they are showing)

I tried to extract them from the source file with "tsMuxeR GUI" - but then their size is 0ko
when I read the vdeo with VLC, i can choose the subtitles but nothing appears on the screen

I will try to find what is in the 2 .sup files (as they're not empty !)...

Okay, that explains why the muxer is complaining about them.

a. which "file" do you speak about ? the video (+ audio ?) one in the C:\temp directory ? or the subtitle file ?

I was interested in whether the newly extracted subtitle file has the same size as the previously extracted subtitle file. (Had a user once where a virus scanner would sometime interfere with the subtitle extraction,...)

how can i create a debug output level 9 of ONLY the extraction of the subtitle step ?

Load source, enable debug output level 9, let Hybrid extract the subtitle, rename the debug output file.

c. just loading a file, choosing video + audio passthrough will mux the source (again) ?

You still need to create a job for it and remember the subtitles, but yes extracting the raw streams and remuxing them would work that way.
