Yes, when using Vapoursynth, Filtering->Vapoursynth->Others is where you can add a logo.
About Subtitles:
  • enable Base->Subtitle
  • add your subtitles under Subtitle->Import->Subtitle Import->Subtitle file
  • in case you want to hardcode/embed/burn-in the subtitles enable 'Embed subtitle in frame'
  • add settings to the Subtitle-Queque
