Job be Crashed When Start!

I install latest version of Hybrid and when was to start encoding, job crashed!
Way? How to fix it?
Here is the debug file.

"--no-intra-refresh" was removed from x265
enable 'minimize command line' again should help, until the next release.

Probably next weekend, assuming I got the bugs that were reported all fixed till then.

Ps.: I did fix intra-refresh problem a few weeks ago, when another user reported it, so the next release will not have that issue.
