[qutoe]Selur, don't be lazy Smile is it really so complicated to release one macOS update per 1-2 years?[/quote]
without a mac to test: yes

About ffmpeg: https://evermeet.cx/ffmpeg/ provides up-to-date mac binaries which I usually used.

So only single ffmpeg binary file should be replaced? No need to replace any other .dlib files in /Applications/Hybrid.app/Contents/MacOS/lib ?

Seems my earlier mistake was downloading ffmpeg version with shared libraries from this source https://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/

Not sure how to inspect further, but at least it converts to ProRes file without program crush. No any codec version changes visible in media info. Both old and new rendered files reported as: Writing application FFmbc 0.7

Yes. None of those are from ffmpeg.

That means ffmbc was used for muxing,...

Great! I will include this info into my tutorial.

Is it any real life profit to update Mkvtoolnix.app and other components in /Applications/Hybrid.app/Contents/MacOS in same way?

Sure as long as their command line interfaces did not change updating them will help due to bugs that were fixed in them,...

Renamed MKVToolNix-44.0.0.app to Mkvtoolnix.app and replaced it in /Applications/Hybrid.app/Contents/MacOS
Seems it works (at least Hybrid opens video file and render it same as before).
I also noticed that sometimes after doing internal changes Hybrid may force quit after start. But if i open it again - it works well.

Any progress with mac mini for developement Huh Current macOS version really needs some bugfixes (i posted some bugreports here and there on forum but if required i can arrange all found bugs to the list). Maybe start something like Kickstarter campaign for this? Hybrid is really genius tool and there is no any real alternative for it on mac.
