Here's my settings, but the bug happens on just a preset.

Selecting "Even" will add clip = clip[::2] before # Output in the Vapoursynth script.
Selecting "Odd" will result in the same script but without clip = clip[::2], which is equivalent to ticking the "Bob" check box. So basically selecting "Odd" doesn't work, and generates the same script as ticking "Bob". (On AviSynth, ticking "Bob" greys out the Select drop-down.)
