Placebo,  SRMD, Waifu2x-w2xc, Waifu2x NCNN Vulkan won't work only thing I would miss from these is Placebo.
In newer versions, this would also disable the usage of GLSL filters, but those were not supported on MacOS at that time anyway.

I do not what all those are so I don't need them if I don't know what they are 
seriously, I saw Placebo as an option the QTGMC de-interlacer. Is that where it uses the Vulkan scripts ?

Have you tried 1.2.189.0 or 1.2.198.1 which are still available for download over at https://vulkan.lunarg.com/sdk/home#mac?

Yes I tried the last two oldest versions. Bot fail to load (something to do with python 3).
