Last call used it:

which aborts (error output is not visible with debug level 4)
Problem is, that in that version of Hybrid, Hybrid doesn't check that the output wasn't created and then deletes the temp files.

from the looks of it all the inputs got created before the muxing:

created /Volumes/temp/Hybrid Temp/iId_1_aid_0_lang_zh_DELAY_-25ms_01_05_17_5910_01.ac3 (1.19165 MB)
created /Volumes/temp/Hybrid Temp/iId_1_aid_0_lang_zh_DELAY_-25ms_01_05_17_5910_02.aac (1.51017 MB)
created /Volumes/temp/Hybrid Temp/01_05_17_5910_06.264 (32.2621 MB)
finished createJob (/Volumes/temp/Hybrid Temp/test clip copy-hybrid_01_05_17_5910__10.chp)

so no clue why ffmpeg fails during the creation.
